Class Policies

We encourage pre-payment for every class so that we are able to adequatley prepare and gather materials.
Some classes require pre-payment to reserve your spot.
If you cancel three business days prior to the class, we will issue either a refund or store credit whichever you prefer.
Classes cancelled with less than three business days notice will receive a store credit.
If you are cancelling with less than 24 hours notice - a refund is not possible. If the class lends itself to allowing a kit for the project - a kit will be provided. If a kit is provided, we will hold your kit for one week after the class.
If you are sick or there is an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.
